Donald Trump has chosen Peter Navarro to lead a new presidential office for US trade and industrial policy.

This appointment, which has became a surprise even to many Trump’s supporters, highlights anti-Chinese course of the President-elect and moderately pro-Russian. Some analysts confirm that the new US administration is going to follow “Kissinger’s course”, involving the creation of a coalition with one of the three world superpowers to weaken ties among them - Russia and China in the present conditions.

At the same time the leaving Obama administration prepares a base for the implementation of Navarro’s policy, which he had described in his books “Death by China: Confronting the Dragon – A Global Call to Action” and “The Coming China Wars”. Today the US put the world's largest platform for e-commerce Alibaba in the list of “pirate markets”. President of Alibaba Group Michael Evans called this decision “likely dictated by the political situation”.

The Internet trade is really the scope of the special interests of China also as an opportunity for exploration. In addition, the economy is the main sphere of foreign relations in Beijing.
