Time magazine: Person of the Year - Donald Trump

The list, which was published yesterday in the online edition, included 11 politicians, scientists, businessmen, public figures and some stars of «show business». And today Time magazine has named Donald Trump as its Person of the Year of 2016.
Editor of Time Nancy Gibbs said: «It’s hard to argue that anyone had more influence over the events of this year than Donald Trump».
Donald Trump himself commented this event as: «To be on the cover of Time as Person of the Year is a tremendous honor».
