Donetsk Republic warns about the possibility of resumption of hostilities in the Donbass

04.08.2016

Authorities of the Donetsk People's Republic warned of the possibility of a resumption of full-scale hostilities in the Donbass. This was stated by the authorized representative of the DPR, Denis Pushilin, at the talks in Minsk.

Ukrainian violations

According to the statesman, the responsibility for the resumption of the conflict falls on Ukraine, which consistently violates the Minsk agreements. The reasons are the incessant shelling of Donbass cities and militia positions, the supplying of heavy weapons to the line of contact between the parties, and the ineffective and biased monitoring of the ceasefire (the OSCE mission has previously employed a Ukrainian spy - an agent of the SBU Artem Shestakov). This is the first three points of the Minsk agreements, and all they are violated by Ukraine.

The interest of the United States

Experts expect that the possible resumption of war can occur close to August 24th - Independence Day of Ukraine. Russia will be inevitably drawn in one way or another in any future conflict. This corresponds to US plans to intensify the hybrid war against Russia.
