Syrian forces continue heavy military operations on terrorists’ lairs across Syria

The Syrian Army, backed by the air force, on Thursday continued heavy military operations on the fortified positions of the terrorist groups, inflicting heavy losses upon them in personnel and equipment.

In Damascus Countryside:

Army units retaliated the breach of the cessation of hostilities agreement by terrorists and target a number of their positions and gatherings in the eastern Ghouta in Damascus countryside.

In Sweida:

A unit of the army and the armed forces confronted ISIS-linked terrorist groups while trying to infiltrate towards Tal Zalfa’a and Abu Harat in the northeastern countryside of Sweida southern province.

In Homs:

Units of the army and armed forces carried out an operation against gatherings of the ISIS terrorist organization in the eastern countryside of Homs central province.

A military source told SANA that units of the army destroyed hotbeds of the ISIS terrorists in the villages of Sallam Gharbi and Unq al-Hawa, 73 km to the east of Homs City.

Army units also destroyed ISIS gatherings and hideouts in Sallam Gharbi and Unq al-Hawa in the eastern countryside of Homs.
