The two Balkan friends

In the Balkans there are two Prime Ministers, which besides friendship links, have another important thing in common – a vassal policy toward the US. They are Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic and Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Djukanovic. As a result of this, the situation in both countries is bad. In Serbia, another instance of early parliamentary elections have been completed. The party of the current Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic won 48.25% of the vote. Also entering Parliament is the coalition of the Socialist Party of Serbia and United Serbia with 10.95%, the Serbian Radical Party with 8.10%, the movement Enough with 6.02%, the coalition around the Democratic Party with 6.02%, the coalition Dveri – DSS with 5.04%, and LDP – SDS – LSV with 5.02% of the vote.

These elections were marked by many irregularities. It was recorded that people voted without identification documents, there were photographing ballots, which Vucic’s party’s activists controlled to ensure “sure voters” voted, multiple ballot cards were found from the same person, and next to the polling stations Vucic’s activists offered money to influence votes. The election clearly revealed the theft system known as the “Bulgarian train”, whereby voters receive a completed ballot in front of the polling station, the voter then submits the vote, and afterwards the voter walks out with the empty ballot paper that they received at the polling station, and with that they prove that they voted for Aleksandar Vucic’s party.

Elections were followed by a media blackout, and only Vucic’s Serbian Progressive Party was advertised on TV, with a few exceptions. But despite all the specifics, the greatest illogicality was the Serbian list of voters. Serbia has 7,100,000 inhabitants, but due to the negative birth rate and emigration of the population, Serbia now has less than 7 million inhabitants. Thus, the list accounted for 6-7 million voters. According to this list, only 400,000 people are younger than 18 years of age. The CIA (The World Fact Book) says that there are 1,058,000 people between 0-14 years and 822 and 636 people between 15-24 years of age. Let’s just say that a third are younger than 18, so that is 274,212 more people. Together, that is 1,332,212 people younger than 18. So we have more than 900,000 fictitious voters.

Despite all this, the West said that the elections were democratic and that Serbia had chosen Europe, but unfortunately the media in Russia published the same. Without any doubt, the Serbian people are the biggest loser of these elections, because Vucic will continue his planned politics of Serbia’s destruction. However, despite this great theft, Vucic did not perform so well in the elections. On the list of Vucic’s party are pro-Russians, members from the Serbian People’s Party, and members of Karic’s movement. Also, a lot of MPs from the Serbian Progressive Party are pro-Russian, and without them Vucic will not have a majority in Parliament. In addition, Vucic will have a much stronger opposition in Parliament than earlier. All of this means a lot more space for Russian diplomacy.

The new Vucic Government will try to sell the remaining strong Serbian companies: Telekom Serbia, Commercial Bank, Lottery of Serbia, and Belgrade Airport to Western corporations. Next year, Vucic promised to amend the Constitution in accordance with the interests of the US. The main objective of changing the Constitution is to remove Kosovo. Serbia has given up the connection to the Skadar – Dubrovnik highway, which mean that Montenegro in economic terms will be left to Croatia and Albania. While a “color revolution” is happening in Macedonia, the Serbian Government does not do anything. The ultimate goal of this revolution is the formation of a weak federation, which would mean the division of Macedonia into Slavic and Albanian parts in order to create Greater Albania. This directly endangers Serbia.

Montenegro is in the final stages of forming a transitional government. Thanks to the protests of the Democratic Front and the strong response of citizens, Milo Djukanovic is under pressure from the US and German embassies, and agreed to form a transitional government. But Democratic Front supporters in protests demanded that the transitional Government does not have Djukanovic and his Democratic Party of Socialists in it, which has been in power for almost three decades. Unfortunately, despite pressure from citizens, the US government is not giving up on Milo Djukanovic.

The reason is simple, US wants Montenegro in NATO. Since most people are against joining NATO, the US State Department believes that only Djukanovic can integrate Montenegro into NATO, because he is an expert in electoral fraud and applying undemocratic pressure on the people.

At the opening of the ‘To Be Secure’ forum in the Montenegrin city of Budva, Djukanovic said that “the membership of Montenegro in NATO will contribute to European stability, and Montenegro will ensure that the Alliance’s doors remain open for the region”. The question is what state that has 750 soldiers could contribute to European stability? Recently, the British Justice Minister Michael Gove said that “Montenegro has a beautiful coastline and romantic landscapes in the interior, but there are mafia clans and it has a reputation for being the center of money laundering, and is a home for drug trafficking”. Despite pressure from US, many diplomats in Europe are tired of turning a blind eye to the criminal activities of Milo Djukanovic.

Aleksandar Vucic and Milo Djukanovic are now good friends and are outside the law in order to carry US interests. However, the desire for freedom is growing bigger inside the people of Serbia and Montenegro, who do not want vassals for prime ministers.
