Ukrainian forces prepare a provocation on the contact line in Donbass, in order to justify their own violations of the Minsk agreements. This was announced by the representative of the Command of the DPR.

"The situation in Donetsk direction tends to escalate. Ukrainian side has already prepared a few days to conduct a large-scale provocation aimed to justify the failure of Kiev with its obligations on the Minsk agreements.", - it was stated.

At night, the Ministry of Defense has issued an emergency appeal DPR, due to the sharp deterioration of the situation on the contact line. It states that according to intelligence reports,30 artillery systems, tanks and mortars were moved to the fighting positions 58 separate motorized infantry and 128 individual mountain-infantry brigades of Ukraine.
