Airstrike carried out by Russian Su-34 destroyed one of the leaders of ISIS

Press service of the Ministry of Defense of Russia informs about the fact that  Russian Air Forces in Syria successful carried out an operation. The report stated that Russian planes destroyed about 40 militants of the terrorist organization "Islamic State" in the Syrian province of Aleppo.

Defense Ministry informs that among liquidated militants is one of the leaders of ISIS in Syria, Abu Muhammad al-Adnani.

From the report of the press service of Defense of the Russian Federation:

" A large group of ISIS terrorists was destroyed ( up to 40 people). Among the liquidated terrorists, was the field commander Abu Muhammad al-Adnani, more commonly known as the official Media representative of the  international terrorist group "Islamic State."
