The Embassy of Ecuador in London, sheltering the founder and editor in chief of WikiLeaks Julian Assange since 2012, has become a popular pitstop for Pokemon Go players, who gather at the building in order to complete the tasks of the game.

"Pokemon Go has turned the Embassy, (where) Assange is located, into a prime Pokestop; the players are swarming", — posted the official account of WikiLeaks on Twitter.

Earlier, the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov has said that "catching" a pokémon is not a reason to visit the Kremlin.

Russian Sberbank offered an unusual service to its customers, providing insurance for Pokemon Go fans from injuries during the game.
