The world is on the verge of "crazy changes": Ukraine saw the approach of the third world war

Ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavel Klimkin called the start date of the third world war. He believes that the cause will be the Donbass. According to the politician, the world is on the verge of "crazy changes."

On the air of the program “Freedom of Speech with Savik Schuster,” Klimkin said that the third world is approaching. His fellow citizens perceive the military conflict in the Donbass "too optimistic."

"The third world war - it is hybrid, and it is approaching."

He added that so far the state of the third world has not come. He compared the current situation with 1913 - the year before the First World War.

The politician also said on air that the world is now on the verge of "crazy changes." Klimkin believes that Kiev should rethink its attitude to its own security. The main mistake was made back in 1994. Then Ukraine signed the Budapest Memorandum, which led to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons and the Elimination of Nuclear Potential in that country. The former Foreign Minister suggested "returning to the logic" of these agreements.
