US President Donald Trump said that relations with the World Health Organization have been completely terminated. That was the end of the decision, which was announced a few weeks ago.

The American president spoke at the White House and announced the termination of US engagement with WHO. He explained this by the refusal of the organization to carry out the reforms that the States demanded of them. Trump said: the funds that were pledged to WHO will be redirected to other organizations around the world that will meet their urgent needs.

The US leader also said that some Chinese citizens will be denied entry to the United States.

Those who claim to conduct research at American universities will not be allowed into the country. According to the head of the White House, such citizens of the PRC potentially threaten US security. He intends to issue a proclamation that is supposed to protect "vital research."

Earlier, the United States has already indicted the PRC. Allegedly, Beijing specifically sends its agents to study and conduct research at American universities. In the future, such scientists steal the results of scientific research and intellectual property of the United States. According to the US administration, in 2019 alone, similar charges were brought against more than 50 Chinese citizens.

During a press conference, Trump criticized China. He again accused Beijing of responding too slowly to the possibility of distributing COVID-19. According to the President of the United States, these actions led to the loss of his country a colossal amount of money and cost the lives of many Americans.
