US and Japan military command strengthen cooperation
The commander of the US group in the Pacific, Admiral Harry Harris of Japanese origin for the first time met with the Minister of Defense of Japan Tomomi Inada.
During the meeting, held in Tokyo, the two sides agreed on further acceleration of cooperation.
Recall that certain changes come into effect now in the defense relations of Japan and the United States, because of which Tokyo comes under Washington's influence even more.
However, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe plans to free Japan from the US occupation and the establish of full-fledged Japanese army.
