US resumes war in Donbass

At night, Ukrainian forces have engaged in massive shelling of Donetsk. On the evening before last, more than 30 artillery systems, tanks and mortars were moved to the fighting positions of 58 motorized infantry and 128  mountain-infantry brigades of Ukrainian Armed Forces. During the night of July 19th and the early hours of the 20th, fighting broke out upon the entire line of contact with Ukrainian troops.

Previously, Ukrainian National Security Council Secretary Oleksandr Turchynov announced his readiness to put upon the agenda of the National Security Council the question of imposing martial law based upon the "dangerous trend" of the deterioration of the situation in the Donbass. Ukraine is preparing to escalate the conflict, as the Russian side warned previously.
