Even Estonians don’t believe in NATO

According to the poll conducted recently and commissioned by the Estonian Defence Forces, the majority of citizens do not believe in the reliability of partnership with NATO.

56% of Estonians think that in case of aggression from a third party, NATO would have no military assistance to its allies and partners. Another 14% expect only a diplomatic, not military support.

At the same time 71% of respondents support Estonia's membership in NATO, while 68% were in favor of the presence of allied troops in Estonia.
