Heavy fightings in Afghanistan

Afghan security forces during operations carried out in a number of provinces in the country, per day liquidated at least 61 militants, said in the statement of Afghan Defense Ministry.

Among the liquidated there are 21 militants of terrorist group "Islamic State", against which the operation took place in the east in Nangarhar province. The loss of the Afghan soldiers were 10 people.

The situation in Afghanistan has deteriorated markedly in recent months. The radical movement "Taliban" previously had overwhelmed a large area in the rural areas of the country, launched a major offensive on the cities. Also on the territory of the country has increased the influence of the radical group "Islamic State."
