Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.

During conversation, Russian President was talking about Darya Dugina. According to Kremlin.ru, one of topics was the criminal activities of Ukrainian neo-Nazi units that are resorting to terrorist methods against opponents and critics of the Kiev regime.

"In this context, Vladimir Putin reminded the Secretary-General of the vicious, cowardly murder of Darya Dugina. Antonio Guterres condemned this crime for which, he emphasised, there can be no justification", Kremlin.ru reports.

Earlier, Vladimir Putin posthumously awarded Daria Dugina the Order of Courage for services to the Fatherland.

In memory of Dugina, actions of support are taking place all over the world: graffiti, songs, demonstrations with placards, and proposals to erect a monument in her honor and rename streets.

Political scientist, journalist, and philosopher Darya Dugina was killed in a terrorist attack on August 20, 2022. According to the Russian investigation, Ukrainian special services were involved in the organization and execution of the murder. Dugina's killers are wanted: the perpetrator of the attack, Natalia Vovk, is currently hiding in Europe under the auspices of the local authorities.
