US: Pro-Russian politician to head Centre to combat foreign propaganda

President Barack Obama has signed the bill to allocate funds to the State Department in 2017, which including the establishment of the Centre to combat foreign propaganda and misinformation. The head of this Centre is going to be Rex Tillerson, a moderately pro-Russian politician and economist.

However, only $ 80 million annually for two years 2017 and 2018 will be allocated for this bill.
