The Swedish prosecutor Gisela Sjovall decided not to prosecute a refugee who posted ISIS Flag on his page in the social network, because the symbol was expressing contempt for «all others and not against a specific ethnic group».

However, she stressed that the perception of the ISIS Flag could be changed, and then it will be banned. But this will happen within a decade.
