The Russian foreign Ministry - Kiev is preparing a military operation in Donbass

The Russian foreign Ministry expressed concern over the escalation of violence on the contact line in the Donbass. This is stated in the statement published on the Agency’s website after the meeting between Deputy Minister Grigory Karasin with Ambassador of Germany Rüdiger von pricem and French Ambassador Jean Maurice Ripert.

“Against the background of the stalling of the negotiation process a special RAID in Moscow causes increase in activity of the Armed forces of Ukraine and volunteer battalions on the frontline. Had all the symptoms that Ukrainian military is preparing a military operation”, — stated in the publication.

It also specifies that the aggravation of the situation in the Donbass recorded and the observers of the OSCE mission. “Moscow hopes that the German and French partners will be able to use their influence to influence Kiev in order not to prevent a military scenario is fraught with serious destabilization in the region”, — said in a statement.
