Russia proposes to ensure the transfer of Hannibal Gaddafi to Moscow

A senior Lebanese source said that the Russian government sent a letter to the Lebanese government in this regard, expressing its readiness to ensure the transfer of Hannibal Gaddafi to the Russian capital and stay there, preparing to grant him Russian citizenship.

He added that Moscow is currently in contact with the leadership of Syria, as requested by General Director of Public Security, General Abbas Ibrahim, sent to Parliament Speaker Nabi Berry, to send a letter asking for the release of Hannibal Gaddafi.
