Putin announces his Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly

The Presidential Address to the Federal Assembly has been already ended. 

Putin noted the growth of patriotism. He said: Citizens are united around patriotic values, not because they are satisfied with everything. People understand our current difficulties and they are sure that we will overcome all of them. People have great willingness to work for Russia.

Vladimir Putin said: « We are not seeking and have never sought enemies. We need friends. We don’t want confrontation with anyone. Unlike our foreign colleagues who are seeing Russia as an enemy, we have never been looking for enemies, we need friends. But we won’t allow any infringement on our interests and neglect of them».

In internal policy, the President emphasized the social sphere. All campaign promises and the government's plans are going to be fulfilled, and there are all possibilities for them.
