Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced plans to hold talks on the Syrian settlement with the participation of all stakeholders, including Turkey and the Syrian opposition. President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has already agreed to participate in these talks, which, in turn, may contribute to the agreement of the Syrian opposition. In turn, Moscow will send an invitation to the Syrian government.

This fact is seemed to be preparing for a long time. The schedule of international meetings and telephone conversations of Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev confirms this fact. He has recently met with a number of Islamic countries' leaders. Next week Presidents of Kazakhstan and Iran are going to meet.

Moreover, Nursultan Nazarbayev has played a major role in the warming relations between Ankara and Moscow.
