Deaf students forced to take the exam for the music in Estonia

In the Estonian town of Tartu students from the school Hiie were asked to write an essay on the role of music in their life. This work was to be a part of final exam. Parents of graduates to boil with rage, because almost all students of this school - deaf since birth. Children have never heard the music, and such a task, in the public opinion, made they feel their inferiority.

The theme of essay has been developed by the state educational fund Innove and did not consider the peculiarities of students.Now officials are looking for a way out of this situation.
