Congress of Colombia begins debates on agreement with FARC

The Congress of the Republic of Colombia begins debates, after which a final peace agreement with the FARC would be signed or rejected.
President Juan Manuel Santos has sent the statement to the Congress, in which he had urged its members to carry out as many sessions as it would be necessary to take the peace agreement. Previously, Santos demanded the Congress not to delay making a decision, and to do it within five days.
