Technology can improve the life of disabled people, those who are on long trips, war veterans, cosmonauts, imprisoned, etc.

Other experts believe those sex robots will become the same scourge of the public as prostitution and pornography. They can affect the birth rate and abolish the need for sexual relationships between people.

Recently, in London took place a conference devoted to very non-trivial questions: can there be love and sex between people and robots.
Initially, this event was to take place at the University of Goldsmith, but due to "threats from Islamic extremists" it was moved to a secret place.

Among the issues discussed were questions of ethics in the sexual relationship between Artificially intelligent robots and humans. British scientists claim that in the near future, love and sexual relations between people and robots will become a norm.

Dr. David Levy, author of Love and Sex with Robots, stressed out that robots can play an important role in society. “There are millions of people in the world who for one reason or another have no one to love and no one who loves them. There’s a huge void in their lives. And this void can be filled by sex robots, who make people who are currently very lonely much happier.”

Dr. Levy also believes that within the next 100 years progress in the field of artificial intelligence and genetics of robots will reach a very high level. "Sex doll in the form of a child, like other sex dolls, will be designed to provide sexual assistance to people," says Marc Berendt, a robotics philosopher at the Free University of Brussels.

The expert believes that child sex bots (CSBs) will be able to protect kids from pedophiles. “Should we incite pedophiles to unlearn and suppress sexual urges as it has [been] until now with limited success? Or should we, in addition to other therapies, try to divert to CSBs and not real children?”.

At the same time, Kathleen Richardson, a professor in the ethics of robots at De Montfort University believes that the use of sex robots should cause people's anxiety, as this will destroy human relationships and lead to "the end of society."
