Azerbaijan - Referendum on amending the country's constitution. In particular, it is proposed that the country’s basic law introduce the post of First Vice-President and Vice-Presidents, as well as increase the term of the head of state to up to7  years (currently limited to 5)

Armenia - Planned extraordinary meeting of the government. As expected, it will focus on amending the structure of the government as well as the Tax Code.

Europe

Brussels. Belgium - The meeting of the European Parliament Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs. It plans to consider the report on granting Ukraine a visa-free regime.

Vienna. Austria - September 26th-30th - The General Conference of the International Atomic Energy Agency.

Reykjavik. Iceland - Meeting of the PACE Political Affairs and Democracy Committee.

Cartagena. Colombia - Agreement on a definitive ceasefire between the rebel group "Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia" and the country's armed forces is planned to be signed.

Cartagena. Colombia - The visit of US Secretary of State John Kerry, who will lead the US delegation that will attend the signing ceremony of the peace agreement between the Colombian government and the rebels.
