Deal with the devil: What did the Catholic Cardinal do at the Bilderberg Club meeting

The annual meeting of the Bilderberg Club has traditionally left more questions than answers. One of the main: what did the Secretary of State of the Vatican do at the event, the right hand of the Pope of Rome Cardinal Pietro Parolin?

The 66th meeting of the members of the Bilderberg Club was held in Turin. Many experts believe that the Bilderberg Club is a kind of visible part of the "shadow" government, trying to control global processes and to subordinate them exclusively to its own interests.

In this connection, the question arises: what goals does the Vatican pursue, drawing closer to this kind of political forces? Recall that in 2015, one of the main issues on the agenda of the forum was the change of power in Russia.

Who is Pietro Parolin?

Cardinal Pietro Parolin is one of the most closely approximated persons to Pope Francis. As Secretary of State for the Vatican, he is responsible for all the political and diplomatic activities of the Holy See.

Since the present pope in the Catholic environment is perceived as an extreme liberal and progressist, it is not surprising that his "right hand" promotes this kind of agenda and does not disdain events whose members openly oppose the Christian dogma. Earlier, he also took part in another globalist event: the international economic forum in Davos.

As stated on the official website of the organization, the main task of the Bilderberg club is to strengthen the ties between Europe and the United States. This year 128 participants from 23 countries discussed 12 main topics. They sounded like "populism" in Europe, "inequality", "the future of labor", artificial intelligence, midterm elections in the US Congress, free trade, world leadership of the United States, Russia, quantum computers, Saudi Arabia and Iran, "world of post-truth as well as a number of other topical issues.

It is significant that last year the arrival of patriotic forces to power in Europe was on the eighth place in the list of priority topics, today this process came out on top of the issues of concern to the world elite. It is likely that this happened because globalists and their influence networks feel that they are losing their positions in the Old World. Only in the last year in two European countries - Italy and the Czech Republic - political forces came to power, openly speaking both against globalism and against Euro-Atlanticism.

Other members

The Bilderberg club is a closed organization, which can only be accessed by invitation. Lists of participants of each meeting are formed in accordance with the agenda. The composition of politicians who took part in it this year is interesting. In addition to traditional personalities like NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, Soraya Saenz de Santamaría, the Deputy Prime Minister of Spain, the Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte, the Prime Minister of Belgium, Charles Michel, the Prime Minister of Serbia Ana Brnabic, the members of the Governments of Ireland and France.

At the same time, from the countries where the patriotic and national forces showed good results, there was not a single high-ranking politician. On the contrary, Spain and Belgium have so far been unable to form powerful political movements against globalism, and in France and the Netherlands they have not been able to win the recent elections. It is noteworthy that Ana Brnabic, an employee of numerous American NGOs, a supporter of the legalization of so-called "same-sex marriages" and an open lesbian, took part in the meeting. Apparently, the globalists have big plans for Serbia, and in the near future one should expect serious provocations in this country.

By the way, there were no guests from Russia at all this year, although precedents have happened before. So, during the period from 1988 to 2011 the conference was attended by the head of Rosnano Anatoly Chubais, the founder of the Yabloko party Grigory Yavlinsky and the head of Severstal Alexei Mordashov. In 2015, the meeting joined a supporter of Khodorkovsky  - economist Sergei Guriev.

How it works

Meetings of the Bilderberg Club are held under the so-called "rules of Chatham House" - the British Royal Institute of International Relations. This implies that all meetings and negotiations are "not under recording," but participants have the right to use the information they received. In other words, this is a typical semi-closed meeting, which, under the conditions of modern communication technologies, can not go unnoticed, but its agenda and content remain a secret. This year independent journalists tried to interview the participants who were going to the event, but those, with rare exceptions, remained silent.

What will happen next?

The main issue that is now troubling the globalists is Europe's exit from under their direct control. The loose structure of the EU made it possible to systematically destroy the identity of European peoples, one of the main tools was massive illegal migration from countries in Africa and the Middle East. A principally important route for the transfer of migrants to Europe passes through Italy. Having come to power, the Eurosceptic coalition in this country decided to put an end to illegal migration. Probably, therefore, the threat of "populism" took the first line in the list of topics for discussion.

The position of the Vatican on this issue is fundamentally different from that of the European peoples. It is known that the current pope, on the contrary, is in favor of bringing more illegal immigrants to Europe from Africa and from the Middle East. It is likely that Pietro Parolin, who is responsible for international activities, was invited precisely for this. It is obvious that the pressure on patriotic forces in Europe will intensify, which means that all those who oppose globalism should try to support them.
