NATO fails to persuade allies
At the Summit of the ministers of Defence of State and Government of NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg announced the need of reinforcing the alliance's Black Sea region presence.
According to the NATO plans Bulgaria and Romania should «contain» Russia in the Black Sea. However, it is clear, that the governments of these countries are not going to do fundamental steps that could result real consequences, especially in the military sphere.
Besides, NATO military-psychological exercises began in Azerbaijan, where the alliance staff conducts consultations and seminars for the Azerbaijani military. The main theme of these lectures is «The psychological and information operations during the time of crisis». The preparation of information and psychological warfare aimed to destroy the union between Baku and Moscow is talked in this context.
